Delta School District
   
  Delta School District had an interesting problem. They needed to balance the number of required staff at each school with the overall allocation parameters set by the ministry, and do it all to moving targets while satisfying individual staff members.

To accomplish this we designed a database application that used the same underlying data but presented 3 different interfaces depending on the login id. This allowed each user to balance their own staff requirements while having access to the overall balances.

Technologies used:

  • Microsoft Access with a back-end database and front-end interface portion.
     
  • Microsoft Excel as the reporting engine.
     
  • Office automation for seamless integration.
